Duval County Public Schools has partnered with local colleges, universities, and the community to bring the BEACON program to all high school seniors for over 25 years.

BEACON -Bringing Economic and Career Opportunities Nearer - is a unique collaboration that assures every high school senior knows how to apply for financial aid. Through trained volunteers who meet with small groups of students, this program levels the playing field by giving every High School Senior information on the FAFSA and state financial aid. https://dcps.duvalschools.org/Page/27179
